When we sold our home our realtor told us how unwise it was to build a new home. She kept saying that it would be over budget and take a year to build. Boy was she wrong. With Melmc Homes we were under budget and in our new home in less than 6 months. Many people shy away from building their own house, but working with the McSpadden family was like a dream. The subcontractors were professional and Melissa’s ideas were amazing. All materials were the latest advancements in energy efficiency. There was not a day during construction when we didn’t have at least one crew present and most days more. We now have a beautiful house and if we ever build again we will definitely use Melmc Homes.

We can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had working with Jay and Melissa on our home re-model. Our home re-model was quite extensive, with literally every room in the house undergoing some sort of improvement. Some improvements were minor (paint and carpet), while others involved the major overhaul of the kitchen and baths. Throughout every stage of the re-model, Jay and Melissa were actively involved with the scheduling, details, quality of work, etc. They were on-site every single day, and because of their care and attention to detail, our re-model not only remained on-track from a budget perspective, but it was also completed ahead of schedule. What was initially a large magnitude project we were facing with dread and trepidation ended up being a wonderful experience because of the McSpadden's professionalism and quality of work. We would highly recommend them!
